Does your schedule fluctuate or are you finding it difficult to attend an entire session of fitness? Are you interested in trying out a new class? Purchase an 8-punch Fitness Punch pass and have the flexibility that you want. Punch passes need to be purchased in person at the Rose Park office and a waiver will need to be completed upon purchase.
Fitness passes cost $56 for 8 punch pass or $112 for a 16 punch pass.
Fitness passes do not expire and will roll over from session to session. Limit one punch card per session per person. 1 visit = 1 punch. Fitness passes need to stay on-site with the Fitness instructors.
Fitness Class information:
All classes are located in the Twin Lakes Clubhouse. Instructors adjust and modify exercises to the needs and abilities of the participants. No refunds will be given after the third class. Makeup dates can be completed at any class offered. Please note makeups should occur within the current fitness session. All participants will receive $5 off if they register for three or more classes during the same session.

Zumba® Toning takes the energetic world rhythms and easy-to-follow choreography you’ve come to know and love from Zumba® but adds lightly-weighted toning sticks to sculpt and define! The added resistance helps you focus on specific muscle groups so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! The maraca-like toning sticks enhance sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body. Participants can expect to burn between 550 to 800 calories in a 1-hour session!
Do you love to dance or just love music? Come join the Zumba dance fitness party. We take the “work” out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning class. Dance to a blend of Latin and World music guaranteed to keep you moving! Routines can be modified for whatever your current level of fitness, perfect for everybody and every body!
This workout will consist of a variety of hi-lo, step and boot camp style exercises. This class is 30 minutes of cardio followed by 30 minutes of strength, conditioning, and abs.
Join us for this Tai Chi class consisting of slow, flowing and relaxed movements practiced without force or power. Breathing is matched in time to the movements is the key to this class. This exercise class is intended for all ages and can strengthen the immune system, improve overall health and maintains the body’s natural balance. Learning this form will help release tension, improve circulation, increase flexibility and develop muscle tone.
Body Blast is a class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training. Each class will consist of an efficient and challenging workout.
