All around fitness

This class is designed to decrease body fat and increase body density. We will focus on lengthening and toning your muscles and increase flexibility. All Around Fitness will offer hand weights, yoga, resistance bands, Piyo, Piloxing, Turbo Kick, Insanity and much more! All Around Fitness is for beginners to advanced members.

Zumba with veronica

Do you love to dance or just love music? Come join the Zumba dance fitness party. We take the “work” out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning class. Dance to a blend of Latin and World music guaranteed to keep you moving! Routines can be modified for whatever your current level of fitness, perfect for everybody and every body!

Zumba toning

Zumba® Toning takes the energetic world rhythms and easy-to-follow choreography you’ve come to know and love from Zumba® but adds lightly-weighted toning sticks to sculpt and define! The added resistance helps you focus on specific muscle groups so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! The maraca-like toning sticks enhance sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body. Participants can expect to burn between 550 to 800 calories in a 1 hour session!

Muscle max

Increase bone density and lean body mass while working towards a stronger, fitter you! Participants will strength train using weights, elastic tubing and other equipment. Learn technique and correct form.

Sweat n’ sculpt

Work your body from head to toe using timed intervals that will jump start your heart rate and boost your metabolism. Enjoy a mixed bag of exercises that focus on increasing cardio endurance, building muscle mass and strengthening core and balance. Class is appropriate for all fitness levels, beginners welcomed.

GLAMBODY

Summer is coming, get the confidence to bare it all in that swimsuit with the help of the Glambody workout.  Glambody is a fullbody workout utilizing natural body weight, strength and polymetric moves designed to specifically sculpt abs, shape round and lifted glutes for an overall hour-glass shape.

Tai chi

Tai Chi Chung Tai Chi is a Chinse exercise for people of all ages intended to promote better health and prevent sickness. Practicing on a daily basis strengthens the immune system, improves overall health and maintains the body’s natural balance. Tai Chi Chung consists of slow, flowing and relaxed movements practiced without force or power. Breathing matched in time to the movements is the key to gaining the full benefits of this form. Learning this form will help release tension, improve circulation, increase flexibility and develop muscle tone.

Cardio blast

This workout will consist of a variety of hi-lo, step and boot camp style exercises. This class is 30 minutes of cardio followed by 30 minutes of strength, conditioning, and abs.

Criss Cross is a class that mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training. Each class will consist of an efficient and challenging workout. With this class you can see fast results. Join our P90X & Insanity certified instructor for this challenging workout.
